Dallas is Straw Hat's newest locale

Straw Hat Pizza has opened its newest restaurant in Dallas under the direction of Franchisee Gurdeep Singh.

"We hope the whole community comes by to taste why Straw Hat Pizza has been around for more than 50 years, and to try our famous pizza," said Singh. "Our location is the newest look – the new generation of Straw Hat," he said.

The Straw Hat Pizza is 3,200 square feet with two colorful wall murals depicting the 53-year-old pizza brand's history and its California heritage. Other standout features include a full bar with seating area and premium beer and wine, a Kid's Clubhouse with video games and a meeting or party room to accommodate any occasion. Straw Hat Pizza's menu also offers guests a 42-item salad bar, Hot Hat sandwiches and pizza, also available in gluten-free.

Besides the new Dallas location, the Straw Hat has 82 locations and is growing with new locations opening in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey, Maryland, Montana, Texas and Virginia. Growth plans are to reach 150 locations within two years.
