Deep-fried pizza wins Indiana State Fair competition

Indianapolis Star: Deep-fried pizza took first prize in the Indiana State Fair signature food competition for the third straight year. The product, from Urick Concessions, consists of hand-tossed dough, is deep-fried, then spread with tomato sauce and cheese.
