Delivery no longer free for Big 3 in Hawaii

United Press International: The world's top three pizza chains are charging for delivery in Hawaii.

Domino's tacked on a $1.25 delivery fee more than a year ago, and in the past several weeks, Pizza Hut and Papa John's Pizza have begun charging $1 to deliver.
