Dewey's Pizza to add more locations

August 18, 2011

The Cincinnati-based pizza restaurant chain Dewey's Pizza recently purchased three properties in downtown Centerville, Ohio, and is planning to build a restaurant to open late next year.

According to the St. Louis Business Journal,  AED Enterprises LLC, Dewey's parent company, bought the properties last week for $265,000.

The typical Dewey's is 3,000 to 3,500 square feet and seats about 100 diners, according to Chuck Lipp, chief operating officer of the chain. The new restaurant will employ 40 to 50 people.

Dewey's operates restaurants throughout Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio, as well as St. Louis.
