Columbus Business First: The local franchisee for DiCarlo's Pizza plans to expand the chain's Columbus, Ohio, operation from two restaurants to 15 in the next five years. Heiskell represents DiCarlo's first foray into franchising after 56 years of supplying the Ohio Valley with Stuebenville-style pizza.
