Dimo's Pizza opens full-service cafe

Chicago mainstay Dimo's Pizza will open a full-service café concept called Dimo's Café in Lincoln Park. The café will serve Dimo's signature pizza as well as a craft cocktail and wine menu, according to an Eater Chicago report.

"I tried to take all the cocktails that people know and love to do something that is out of the ordinary," Patrick Bourne, general manager, said in the report. "They're familiar with it, but they haven't had it this way."

Pizza will still be served by the slice at the counter, the report added.
