Domino's franchisees win vendor suit

Forbes: A federal district judge has ruled that Domino's Pizza Inc. franchisees may choose from which vendor they want to buy a computer system. Domino's had mandated that franchisees purchase hardware from International Business Machines Corp. and the software from itself.
