Domino's Pizza launched a virtual voice ordering assistant app, Dom, for iPhone and Android, the company said.
In a joint effort with Nuance Communications, the company released a voice ordering platform in June 2014. Dom is the company's effort to enhance voice ordering.
"Mobile customers are not only going to love the ease of this landmark ordering experience, but they now have the opportunity to have some fun with Dom himself, who has a few more things to say than before," said Patrick Doyle, Domino's Pizza president and CEO.
"I'm many updates wiser than when I first started," said Dom. "My motherboard and fatherboard raised me right."
Dom allows customers to personalize orders for carryout or delivery and can suggest meal additions and coupons.
"Let's get this party started," Dom said.
