BRISBANE, Australia — Domino's Pizza Australia & New Zealand announced the offering of shares in the company (for its May 16 initial public offering) was completed on May 10.
According to a news release, the offer price was fixed at AUS $2.20 per share (U.S. $1.70). The offer was fully underwritten by Goldman Sachs JBWere. Shares will commence trading on the Australian Stock Exchange on May 16.
"We are extremely pleased with the way the offer was received and the fact that demand from staff and franchisees was extremely strong," said Domino's Pizza managing director Don Meij.
The market capitalization of Domino's Pizza at the offer price will be $132 million (U.S. $102 million).
As of May 9, DPA had 375 stores in operation.
