MERRILLVILLE, Ind.—A Domino's Pizza franchisee here was arrested for tax evasion, according to an Indiana Department of Revenue news release.

A Northwest Indiana News report said James W. Gronemann, owner of J & L Adventures Inc., was charged with two felony counts: failing to remit retail sales tax, and theft. He faces a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
