Domino's Pizza franchisee firm changes name to Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp.

CALGARY, Alberta—The Canadian franchisee of Domino's Pizza is changing its name from Comac Food Group Inc. to Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp., effective Jan. 22, 2004.

According to a news release, the change involves the delisting of shares traded under the TSX Venture Exchange symbol CFX.B, which will be replaced by the ticker symbol CPD.

Canada's Pizza Delivery Corp. has more than 230 franchise and corporate stores across Canada under the Domino's banner.
