Domino's Pizza testing square pan in Michigan

The Ann Arbor News: Domino's Pizza outlets in southeastern Michigan have been testing a deep-dish-style square pan since April. Hoyt Jones, a longtime franchisee who co-owns eight Domino's units in the area said the test offering is selling well.

After a nearly three-year test, Papa John's launched its Papa's Perfect Pan pizza nationwide in September 2005. The No. 3 chain called the square pizza launch its most successful ever.
