Domino's Pizza's Swiss arm to go public

The Independent: Global Brands, the franchised Swiss arm of Domino's Pizza, is set to go public on the Alternative Investment Market. The master franchisee for Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein expects to raise £3.5 million (U.S. $6.3 million) when trading begins in September. Domino's Pizza UK & IRL also floated on the AIM.
