It has a built-in warming oven, can hold 80 pizzas and has compartments to hold sides and sodas. It, of course, is the DXP, the specially made delivery vehicle Domino's rolled out last year. The chain is adding 58 to its fleet, which will result in 155 of vehicles on the road, according to a company press release.
"The DXP has caught the eye of our customers and franchisee alike," said Domino’s USA president Russell Weiner. "It's real, it's functionally superior, it's gorgeous and no other brand has anything like it. So when people ask, 'Did Domino's really build a car made just for pizza delivery?' I say, 'Oh yes we did.'"
