Houston Chronicle:Domino's Pizza Inc. accepted 2,242 shares of its common stock for $67,260 in a modified "Dutch auction" tender offer that expired Friday. The company had offered to buy up to 13.85 million shares at a price between $27.50 and $30 each as part of its recap plan announced last month. The purchase price was $30 per share.
