Donatos intros Calzato hand-held menu item

Donatos Pizza has introduced its Calzato. It features a crispy outside and a melty inside loaded with toppings, according to a press release.

The Calzato is priced at $7.99 from July 1-July 28.

"We are thrilled to introduce our new Calzato to the Donatos menu," Jodie Conrad, CMO of Donatos Pizza, said in the press release. "It's the perfect option for our busy, on-the-go customers. Designed to fit in your hand, the Calzato is a delicious choice for pizza lovers who want to enjoy their meal without slowing down."

Donatos and its franchise partners operate more than 175 stores.
