DoubleDave's Pizzaworks adds plant-based mozzarella to menu

DoubleDave's Pizzaworks has partnered with Miyoko's Creamery to add Miyoko's Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella at locations across Texas and Oklahoma, according to a press release.

Miyoko's Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella is made with cashew milk and texture that bubbles, browns and tastes like dairy-based cheese.

"We're thrilled to partner with DoubleDave's to introduce their customers to our Pourable Plant Milk Mozzarella and how it perfectly complements their extensive menu of pizzas," Marc Asmussen, director of sales, food service, at Miyoko's Creamery, said in the release.
