Eagle Boys adds international chef to its menu

WEST END, Queensland -- Australian pizza chain Eagle Boys Pizza has appointed an international chef to spearhead the creation of new pizzas and menu items for the company.
 
Melanie Townsend, a native of Zimbabwe, has been named the new Eagle Boys national product development manager. Townsend will be responsible for researching and developing new pizza bases, toppings and side products.
 
Her first creation for Eagle Boys is the company's new Steak Sensations line. The Steak Sensations pizzas include Steak & Cheese, Garlic Steak & Mushroom, and Smokehouse Steak & Bacon.
 
Eagle Boys Pizza operates more than 230 franchised stores throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
