Eagle Boys helps boost NightOwl business

WEST END, Queensland -- Convenience store NightOwl Mackay (Victoria Street) has opened an Eagle Boys Express store as part of its operation.
The Express Store is an Eagle Boys initiative that can operate in a space as small as six square meters, or approximately 325 square feet. It makes use of new technology allowing pizzas to be prepared in-store in a third of the time as traditional pizzas.
Since opening the Eagle Boys Express Store in December 2008, NightOwl Mackay now sells up to 800 pizzas a week. Dough is prepared and formed off-site, eliminating much of the labor traditionally associated with pizza making.
Eagle Boys Pizza is one of Australia's largest pizza makers, operating more than 250 franchised stores throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
