Upon celebrating its 25th year in business, East of Chicago Pizza welcomed four new stores to its pizza franchise family, the company announced. New locations in Solon, Ohio, Rochester, New York, Parkersburg, West Virginia and Holly Hill, South Carolina are slated to open within 90 days.
East of Chicago Pizza Company, a pizza franchise with locations in seven states, continued its growth by surpassing 52 consecutive months of same-store-sales increases as of April, 2015. The company capitalized on the increased interest of prospective franchisees in the pizza segment of the food service industry during this period, with start-up costs of approximately $125,500.00
Tony Collins, president of East of Chicago Pizza, said in a statement "Most of our operators took the time to fill out an exhaustive system survey last year. We have analyzed the data, internalized the comments, and developed a corporate strategy, based on the results, which focuses on our core concepts. Our number one priority is to help each franchisee increase profitability."
The brand plans to exceed $70 million in revenue and expand to 150 locations by 2018, according to the announcement.
