Emmy Squared Pizza brings on new executive team

Emmy Squared Pizza has made several leadership appointments to position the brand for its next phase of growth and innovation, according to a press release.

First, Troy Tracy has been named CEO. Tracy will lead the brand and oversee strategic growth and rapid expansion. He brings more than 25 years of restaurant experience, including as a franchisee of more than 25 Arby's and McAlister's Deli locations across multiple states.

"I am honored and thrilled to lead Emmy Squared Pizza into the next era of strategic growth and development," Tracy said in the press release. "The appointment of the new executive leadership team, coupled with the strong foundation already in place, emphasizes our continued commitment to deliver an elevated culinary experience in a relaxed, family-friendly environment that has defined Emmy Squared Pizza since its inception in 2016."

Carrie Hart has been named CFO. Prior to joining Emmy Squared Pizza, Hart was EVP of accounting and finance at Snooze A.M. Eatery, an experiential casual dining restaurant company. Prior to Snooze, Hart held various financial leadership roles at Noodles & Company.

Sergio Pérez will lead Emmy Squared Pizza's brand and digital strategy, off-premise initiatives, customer engagement, public relations, and local marketing as Emmy Squared Pizza's new SVP and head of marketing. He has held positions at Bojangles, Church's Texas Chicken, Johnny Rockets and more.

Eva Love has been appointed senior director of training. Love will oversee the design and implementation of training programs at all restaurant levels. She previously oversaw training and development at Black Rifle Coffee Company, Whiskey Cake, Sixty Vines, Ida Claire, Huddle House and Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza.

Emmy Squared Pizza has 28 locations throughout the United States.
