Eureka Pizza offering organic sauce

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — All 14 units of Eureka Pizza have begun offering 100 percent certified organic tomatoes in their deluxe pizza sauce.
The tomatoes are produced by Escalon, Calif.-based Escalon Premier Brands. Certified organic tomatoes are grown without conventional pesticides, genetic engineering or artificial fertilizers.
Eureka Pizza is exploring buying additional organic pizza ingredients in the future, depending on customer demand, according to Eureka Pizza founder Rolf Wilkin.
