Ever-doubted 'younger generation' shows service savvy at pizza counter

Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal: Sometimes "the younger generation" deserves its bad reputation for customer service. But two pizzeria employees from that age group showed one doubting customer that at least some of them know how to make the best of a mixed-up, mis-made order.
