Ex-pizza store operator charged with $1 million tax fraud

Star-Telegram: A former Papa John's Pizza store owner in Nashville, Tenn., has been indicted on charges of tax evasion in what authorities are calling the largest tax fraud in Tennessee history. Randall L. Malin, 44, surrendered Sept. 7, after he was indicted by a grand jury on several counts of sales tax evasion and theft.
