Feds drop lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese

Billings Gazette (Montana): The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has dropped a lawsuit charging that TNT Pizza Inc., the owners of a Chuck E. Cheese in Billings, Mont., failed to stop a store supervisor from sexually harassing teenage employees.
The EEOC had filed the suit in September.
