Figaro's charitable arm awards 50 new grants

Figaro's Italian Pizza's H.E.L.P., the Charity, announced that for its latest grant period, which ended Oct. 15, it awarded 50 grants totaling $15,280.20.

The latest numbers bring the total awarded grants since the charity began to 275, adding up to $55,721.12.

Through its grant program, H.E.L.P. provides support to U.S. based non-profit tax exempt schools and other entities to help fund educational programs. H.E.L.P., which stands for Helping Education with Love and Pizza, was launched in 2010 by the shareholders and franchisees of Figaro's Italian Pizza as a way to make a positive, long lasting impact on the communities they serve, according to a news release.
