Figaro's names new director of Marketing

Figaro's Italian Pizza Inc., the franchisor of more than 100 pizza restaurants operating under three brand names, announced that Jennifer M. Young, marketing manager, has been promoted to director of Marketing, effective March 1.

Young has been with Figaro's since April 2012.

"During her tenure to date, she has provided top-notch support to our franchise owners and to us", said Figaro's President Rick Glenn.

Young replaces Holly Earle-Schultze, who recently became a mom to twins and will devote her time to them.

"Holly did a superb job here and we wish her the very best," said CEO Ron Berger. "I couldn't be happier that Ms. Young has accepted the offer to serve in this capacity."

Young studied marketing at Western Oregon University and has a B.S. in Graphic Design from Portland State University. Prior to joining Figaro's, she focused on graphic design at the 318-unit, 10,000 employee Holiday Retirement.

Figaro's restaurants are located in nine U.S. States and three foreign countries. The company is based in Salem, Ore., and includes Figaro's, Pizza Schmizza and Nick-N-Willy's Pizza.
