Figaro's Pizza signs development deals for 56 units

SALEM, Ore. — One-hundred-unit Figaro's Pizza, a self-dubbed "we bake or you bake" chain, announced it recently inked development deals for the opening of 56 locations in South Dakota, Nebraska, Texas and Florida over the next six years.

According to a news release, 20 stores are slated to open in South Dakota and Nebraska, 19 units are planned for Texas and 17 units are planned for Florida.

Figaro's said it opened 30 stores in 2004 and that it wants to open 30 to 60 units annually going forward.
