FireFly to hold user conference
August 19, 2007
HILLSBORO, Ore. — Point-of–sale system provider FireFly Technologies is planning to hold its 2007 Phoenix User Conference, in Key West, Fla., at the Casa Marina Resort Sept. 17-18.
Customers and those interested in learning about the Phoenix system are invited to join FireFly management, technical staff, and developers to participate in hands-on training on topics such as using the new graphical labor scheduling feature, advanced coupon functionality, inventory tracking, marketing, and business analysis using reports.
"Many customers don't have time to learn all the advanced features of their system during the initial implementation," says Marketing Director Duessa Holscher. "This is an opportunity for users to explore new features in depth, so that they can take full advantage of their investment."
The conference will also focus on issues of interest to pizza operators, such as implementing a successful online ordering program, improving customer loyalty, and keeping data secure.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to preview new features of an upcoming release, discuss development roadmaps, and give input on future feature direction.
