Firenza Pizza opens its San Antonio location this week with some special promotions supporting Susan G Komen of San Antonio, William Taft High School, and the Communications Arts High School. The new location is under daily operation of Bola Sanni, who said that the brand's homemade touch is its differentiator.
"Unlike most other fast casual pizza chains where the crusts are premade and machine-pressed, our pizza dough is made in-house daily and hand-stretched to order right in front of the guest," Sanni said in the release.
The two-year-old chain has 10 locations in five states, with 25 more in various stages of development.
