Tampa (Fla.) Business Journal: Westshore Pizza Franchising LLC has purchased all the assets of Head West Enterprises LLC and Quality Ventures, which owned 25 Westshore Pizza stores in Florida, including three in Tampa and four in St. Petersburg.
The price was $420,000 for the stores, branding, trademarks and rights to the entire United States. "We got the business for about 15 cents on the dollar," said Rick Onderko, managing member of Westshore Pizza Franchising LLC.
