Flood takes Pizza Nova call center offline

Toronto Star: The Pizza Nova chain lost potentially thousands of orders when a cracked water main flooded Bell Canada's central offices on Halloween weekend. The water shut down the phone company's system, which also stopped calls to Pizza Nova's call center.
