Palm Beach Post: Pizza Hut is having a national pizza sale, and the marketing geniuses there want us to "gather 'round the good stuff."
We would if we could actually find a Pizza Hut that's, you know, open.
Twelve of 36 restaurants in Florida cities from Sebastian to Boca Raton have been closed since the September hurricanes because of major water damage. Most of the shuttered Pizza Huts are in West Palm Beach and parts north.
In some cases, it's hard to tell that there's anything wrong with the restaurants, said Don Alton, a regional manager for franchisee American Huts of West Palm and Chattanooga, Tenn.
But turn over a booth or rip up the rug, and you'll see mold.
