Florida restaurant adds pizza vending machine

Ferg's Bar and Grill on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg recently introduced a pizza vending machine in order to alleviate the labor shortage, according to an abcactionnews.com report. The kitchen staff makes the 12-inch cheese and pepperoni pizzas in the morning and loads them into the refrigerated machine, which can hold 72 pizzas. The machine heats the pizza in four minutes.

Mark Ferguson, owner, bought the machine from a company in France for $72,000.

The machine will be available 24/7.
