HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — BJ's Restaurants, operator of 41 BJ's Restaurant and Brewery units, announced the appointment of Gregory Levin as its chief financial officer.
According to a regulatory filing, Levin will replace current CFO Louis M. Mucci, whose employment agreement expires Sept. 15. Mucci is expected to serve as an advisor to the company's board of directors.
Since 2004, Levin served as CFO and secretary of SB Restaurant Co., operator of the 34-unit Elephant Bar casual dining restaurant concept. In January of 2004 he resigned as CFO, vice president and secretary of California Pizza Kitchen, where he'd served more than seven years.
At BJ's, Levin will receive an annual salary of $250,000, a potential 35 percent bonus and various stock options.
