Former SVP of Morton's buys Go Roma

January 10, 2013

Ron DiNella, former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Morton's restaurants, has acquired Go Roma, a chain of six Italian restaurants based in Chicago.

DiNella told Chicago.eater.com that he closed the deal a few days ago. He's the third owner of the chain that began in 2004.

In the next few months, DiNella plans to introduce new menu items, remodel the décor and focus on catering. He also hopes to open one to three units a year.
