French bread pizza inventor Bob Petrillose dies

Slice: Bob Petrillose, the man credited with having invented French bread pizza, has died after a battle with Parkinson's disease. Petrillose founded the Hot Truck on the campus of Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
