Fresh Brothers debut truffle, prosciutto pies

Western U.S. brand, Fresh Brothers, introduced of a pair of summer specialty pies this week, all made thin with a raised crust, artisan ingredients and an olive oil base before sauces, according to a news release. 

Included in the limited-time items is the Try Four Cheese Truffle, which is topped with mozzarella, Asiago, cheddar and Parmesan, then finished with truffle zest. That pie has a meatier sidekick in the brand's Pure Prosciutto, which includes thinly sprinkled mozzarella and Asiago, topped with thinly sliced prosciutto.
