Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based Freshslice Pizza is now offering gluten-free crust, the company said. 

The crust is the latest in product expansion efforts that include pizza, baked omelettes, baked pastas, fresh salads, chicken wings, cheesy bread, cinnamon sticks, crazy baguette, baked French fries and Take N' Bake pizza.

Freshslice's gluten-free dough is a new crust option designed for those trying to minimize the amount of gluten in their diet. The gluten-free dough contains no wheat, rye or barley, and is made with tapioca starch, flaxseed, rice flour, quinoa flour and oregano.
