Full-service Paxti's Pizza to open San Fernando Valley store

Despite the nationwide slump in full-service restaurant brand traffic due to the pandemic, full-service chain, Patxi's Pizza is continuing its California expansion with the opening of its first San Fernando Valley restaurant on West Rinaldi Street in Porter Ranch, a news release said.
The restaurant will open for outdoor patio dining and takeout via phone, website, or the Patxi's Pizza app beginning on Monday, July 27, at the location in one of the area's top dining and shopping venues, The Vineyards at Porter Ranch.
The franchisee-owned and operated store serves Chicago-style deep dish, Neapolitan thin crust, and dessert pizzas, along with appetizers, wings, piadina sandwiches, signature salads, and beer and wine. The restaurant's patios seat 40, with seating for an additional 80 inside, when that part of the location opens.
Paxti's is a brand owned by Elite Restaurant Group, which also owns expanding brands like Marie Callender's, Mimi's, and Gigi's Cupcakes. Patxi's Pizza currently operates 19 locations in Santa Barbara, San Francisco's Bay Area, Denver, Seattle and Los Angeles.
