Garlic Jim's Gourmet Pizza on path to rapid growth

The Everett Daily Herald: Described by its slogan, "Gourmet right away," Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza is convincing crowds that cashews, marinated artichoke hearts and coconut belong on pizza. In two years, the chain has grown from one store to two dozen, and its president believes it can sell the rights to 500 locations within five years.
