Gatti's Pizza testing new employee incentive software

Gatti's Pizza has partnered with YouEarnedIt, an employee recognition software provider, to retain its best employees and encourage a positive company culture, according to a news release.

Last month, Gatti's Pizza partnered with its Round Rock franchise partner, Gatti's Management Group, and YouEarnedIt to launch a pilot program across 26 stores. The first 600 employees are pioneering this integrated solution, which ultimately will be rolled out across the entire 104-store franchise system.

"We are so proud that Gatti's Pizza is the first multi-unit pizza chain to partner with the innovative YouEarnedIt employee recognition program. This is a strong partnership and will help us to nurture and retain our best people as we continue to grow," said company president Steve Burt.
