Giordano's is bringing its Italian Beef Pizza to restaurant menus for a limited time following a successful online debut last year.
The specialty pizza, which features Buona Beef, roasted sweet green peppers and Caruso's spicy giardiniera, will be available for dine-in, carryout and delivery through April 6. While the item was originally introduced in May 2025 as a nationwide shipping exclusive, this release marks the first time it will be offered across all Giordano's crust styles, including stuffed deep dish, thin crust and tavern-style.
Jesse Harris, head chef of Giordano's, created the pizza in collaboration with Buona Beef, according to a press release.
"Italian beef is one of Chicago's most iconic flavors, and when we first introduced this pizza last year as an online exclusive, our guests immediately embraced it," Harris said in the release. "Bringing it into our restaurants and offering it across all of our crust styles allows us to showcase a true Chicago favorite in a way that encourages guests to gather, share, and celebrate together."
The pizza is available at participating locations nationwide and remains available for nationwide shipping while quantities last.
The release coincides with the company's recent launch of the Club Gio Rewards loyalty program. Customers can earn one point for every dollar spent on orders placed through the brand's mobile app or in-store.
Giordano's was founded in Chicago in 1974 and operates locations across the U.S.
