GOAT Pizza to open in North Carolina

Chef David Burke will unveil G.O.A.T. Pizza on April 27 in Cornelius, North Carolina. The 4,100-square-foot restaurant caters to families and sports fans, offering pizza, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, salads and a full bar, according to a press release.
The restaurant boasts an extensive collection of sports memorabilia, honoring athletes like Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan. Flat-screen TVs throughout allow guests to watch games. G.O.A.T. Pizza also features a family-friendly menu with appetizers, a kid's menu and desserts.
G.O.A.T. Pizza joins Burke's existing North Carolina portfolio, which includes The Fox & Falcon and Port City Club.
"We're excited to offer a unique dining experience for families and sports fans," David Hynes, president of David Burke Hospitality Management, said in the release.
G.O.A.T. Pizza has indoor and outdoor bar seating as well.
