Got change for $100? Pizza driver attacked after suspicious call

The Sentinel: South Brunswick police have arrested one individual for the attempted robbery of a South Brunswick pizza delivery man.

Syed Rizvi, 18, was charged with robbery, theft and assault and is one of several suspects who allegedly attacked a delivery man from Pizza Delizia on the afternoon of Dec. 7.

According to South Brunswick Detective James Ryan, the suspects called for pizza to be delivered to a residence on Quincy Circle.

When the delivery man arrived at the home, no one answered the door. After attempting to call the residence from his cell phone, the man returned to his car when he noticed four males in a neighboring courtyard.
