Grande cheese company has introduced a new custom cheese blend for its customers. The Mozzarella Provolone Mild Blend provides a smooth, well-balanced taste that's subtle enough to use every day, yet distinctive enough to provide signature flavor across a menu, according to the company.

The blend includes a proprietary mix of part skim mozzarella and Provo•Nello Provolone.

Mozzarella Provolone Mild Blend delivers creamy white color that doesn't burn, has good stretch with tender mouthfeel and excellent reheat qualities. This all-natural cheese blend is available shredded or diced to consistently result in an even melt for greater coverage, while saving labor and increasing yield.
