Grimaldi's Pizzeria adds slices to lunch menu

Grimaldi's Pizzeria has added giant slices of pizza to its lunch menu. Priced at $9.99 a slice, the pizza is available in traditional or white with garlic and the slice comes with a personal House or Caesar salad and a fountain drink or iced tea, according to a press release.

The lunch special is available for dine-in only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but excludes Grimaldi's locations in New York, New Jersey, Alabama and Las Vegas.

"We are thrilled to introduce Grimaldi's Slices ASAP to our guests for the first time in company history, and we felt there was no better time than during National Pizza Month," Joseph Ciolli, Grimaldi's Pizzeria CEO, said in the release. "We know our guests love the quality of our coal brick-oven pizzas and our superb dining experience, but also have time constraints during their busy lunch hours. Knowing that speed of service is key to a successful lunch program, our operations team streamlined processes to ensure guests can enjoy Grimaldi's giant pizza slices during their lunch hour."
