Grimaldi's Pizzeria introduces redesigned mobile app

Grimaldi's Pizzeria has launched a newly redesigned mobile app. The app immerses guests in the Grimaldi's experience with enhanced imagery of menu items and simplified interactions throughout, according to a press release.
The app is available through the App Store and Google Play and makes it easier to join the brand's rewards program and access exclusive offers. Guests earn five points for ever dollar spent as well as a cheese pizza on their birthday.
The app also shows guests the closest Grimaldi's location and they can purchase and manage gift card balances. There's also an original web game available to play.
"While we are proud of our roots in turn-of-the-century Brooklyn, we are always looking to the future for ways to innovate the guest experience," Pam Nedwetzky, director of marketing, said in the release. "Our new Grimaldi's Pizzeria app was designed to replicate the dining experience at our restaurant, with the same care and attention to detail that our guests have come to know and love."
Grimaldi's was founded in Brooklyn more than 100 years ago.
