Grimaldi's Pizzeria to open Iowa location

Grimaldi's Pizzeria will open a location in Ankeny, Iowa, on Jan. 11. The restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee Doughtime Pizza Company LLC, which plans an additional four units in Iowa. A second location is planned for West Des Moines this year, according to a press release.
