Hapa Pizza, a farmers' market favorite in the Portland area, has opened a brick-and-mortar store, according to an Eater Portland report.
The pizzeria sells pies topped with ingredients from Pan-Asian dishes like bahn mi and pho. The brand uses a 24-hour fermented pizza dough that bakes up similar to a Neapolitan pizza, Eater says.
"It's still Neapolitan style, but it has that chewiness that we wanted to keep," Aaron Truong, Hapa Pizza founder, told the food outlet. "It's the best of both worlds."
Hapa Pizza can be found in Beaverton, Oregon, at 12755 SW Broadway.
